Privacy.

Your audio never leaves your account. We don't train on it. We don't sell it. We don't share it with other users. This page is a plain-English summary; the full policy is at /legal/privacy.

What we store

• Your email and display name, for sign-in.
• The scenarios you save and the transcripts of your sessions.
• The audio of your voice sessions, encrypted at rest, retained for the period you choose in Settings → Memory (7 days, 30 days, forever, or delete-on-end).
• If you design a synthetic voice in Voice Studio: the pitch, pace, and tone settings you choose. This is not a recording of your real voice — Razen collects no voice samples and no biometric voice data.
• Subscription status and billing details.

Who can see your data

Only you. Row-level security guarantees no other user — and no Razen team member browsing the app — can see another user's sessions. Administrative database access is limited to the founders and is audit-logged.

Sub-processors

We send necessary data to a small list of sub-processors to make the product work — voice (ElevenLabs, Cartesia), speech-to-text (Deepgram), LLM (OpenAI), hosting (Supabase, Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email (Resend). The current list with regions and data flows is at /legal/sub-processors.

Your rights

Under UK / EU GDPR you can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your data. Use Settings → Memory to export everything as JSON, and Settings → Danger to delete your account. We respond to written requests within 30 days at razenai@outlook.com.

Data residency

EU and UK users are processed in EU regions where possible. Some sub-processors are US-based; in those cases we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum. Details on the sub-processors page.
