How sessions work

Sessions reset every midnight. No credits to buy, no top-ups, no usage anxiety — start a session, do the reps, get your debrief. Pro unlocks adversarial mode, full AI scoring, the live coach and deep progress. Elite adds Cold-Open drills, unrestricted session length, a three-voice panel and history that never expires.
