Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Billing. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation prevents the next renewal.

Refunds

Subscription fees pay for access to the Service for the billing period. Time already elapsed on the current period is non-refundable.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you start your subscription. By starting to use the Service (running a voice session) during that period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is forfeited to the extent the Service has been performed for you during that time.

Exceptional circumstances

We will refund subscriptions in the case of clear and significant Service defects that we cannot remediate within a reasonable time. Email razenai@outlook.com with details.
