Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Razen ("we") and the services we provide at razen.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Razen provides voice-first practice sessions with AI partners, including scoring and debrief. The Service is offered on Free, Pro and Elite plans described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Razen (or older where local law requires). You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Sessions and billing

Practice sessions are subject to a daily limit that resets at midnight: Free includes 1 per day, Pro 3 per day, and Elite 10 per day. Session length is capped at 5 minutes on Free and 30 minutes on Pro, while Elite sessions are unlimited in length. Daily limits do not roll over. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each period; time already elapsed on the current period is non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Razen only as permitted by our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not impersonate any real person, or use Razen to harass, intimidate, or defraud.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service and all underlying intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you create within Razen (your scenarios, your transcripts, your recordings). We have a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Limitations of liability

Razen is a practice tool. It is not therapy, legal advice, or medical advice. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you have paid us in that period.

7. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Confirmed serious violations result in permanent bans. We delete user data within 30 days of account deletion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
